Meet The Staff

Lucia Charpentier, General Operations Manager, lacharpentier@csmd.edu

The General Operations Manager plans, organizes, and directs a multi-campus college store operation including sales, customer relations, computer information systems, inventory management, and accounting functions; coordinates and directs personnel, communications, and resources to ensure smooth and efficient activities.

Cindy Ellis, General Merchandise Buyer/Webstore Manager, cdellis@csmd.edu

The General Merchandise Buyer/Webstore Manager is responsible for ordering computer hardware/software and general merchandise for the college stores, the general upkeep and maintenance of the College Store website and manages online orders for home delivery, campus store and locker pick up.

Triina Turula, Textbook Manager, tmturula@csmd.edu, textbooks@csmd.edu

The Text & Tradebook Manager is responsible for the overall textbook management of the college stores, including coordinating the textbook adoption and re-adoption process, ordering of course materials, maintaining effective and efficient working relationships with faculty, department chairs, publishers, and wholesalers, and managing returns to publishers. Coordinates with the Direct Digital Access Specialist DDA adoptions and timelines.  Oversees college store shipping and receivng functions.

Maranda Crockett, Sales/Direct Digital Access Specialist, mlcrockett@csmd.edu

This position is responsible for managing the Direct Digital Access program, maintaining effective and efficient working relationships with faculty, department chairs, publishers, entering course fees for the program and troubleshooting issues.   The position is also responsible for the daily operations, processing of transactions through the Point-of-Sale system and performing store opening and closing procedures at the Prince Frederick Campus store.

Chris Reeves, Operations Specialist:  Shipping and Receiving, creeves@csmd.edu

This position coordinates shipping and receiving operations for the college stores, performs inventory transfers to/from the other campus stores, processes online orders for home delivery, campus store and locker pick up.

Stephanie Stewart, LaPlata Campus College Store Cashier, snstewart3@csmd.edu

This position provides excellent customer service by correctly processing Point of Sale transactions and assisting customers for the CSM College Store, LaPlata campus. The individual is responsible for promoting customer service standards, cashiering, training students assistants, creating visual displays, stocking shelves, assisting in ordering general merchandise, and the upkeep of the College Store LaPlata campus.

Paula Wise, Leonardtown Campus College Store Clerk, pmwise2@csmd.edu

This position provides excellent customer service by correctly processing Point of Sale transactions and assisting customers for the CSM College Store, Leonardtown campus. The individual is responsible for promoting customer service standards, cashiering, creating visual displays, stocking shelves, receiving and distributing online orders, and the upkeep of the College Store LaPlata campus.
